In this 60-minute all-levels hoop technique workshop, we will explore flashy, tricky, and twisty coinflips! A coinflip is any skill where the hoop rotates on an axis point, creating a globe shape. This lesson will start by breaking down the fundamentals of this skill to build control and lay a foundation. Then, we will work up to intermediate/advanced concepts including: ☆ Coinflips on every body part imaginable (waist, arms, around the head, etc.) ☆ Fancy transitions ☆ Coinflip tosses (that you can do indoors!) ☆ Contact glides Whether you are a total beginner or seasoned hooper, you guaranteed to walk away with a deeper understanding of this three-dimensional world of hoop tech.
